Removes obsolete administrative entities in various state departments

Missouri HB3091 removes obsolete administrative entities in various state departments by requiring each department to compile a report of all administrative entities under its oversight that have not convened a public meeting or conducted public business for the most recent three-year period. The report must describe each entity and its statutory or administrative mission. The bill also removes outdated provisions related to the regulation of boilers and pressure vessels, including the Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Rules and the Missouri commission for the deaf and hard of hearing.
