Missouri HB3088 creates provisions relating to conduct affecting health care provider networks. It prohibits providers from offering or entering into contracts with anti-steering, anti-tiering, gag, or most-favored-nation clauses. These clauses restrict the ability of a general contracting entity to encourage enrollees to use specific providers or that introduces or modifies a tiered network plan or assigns providers into tiers. Any such clause in a provider network contract is void and unenforceable.
