Adds an associate circuit judge to Miller County in the twenty-sixth judicial circuit.

The bill adds an associate circuit judge to Miller County in the twenty-sixth judicial circuit, which includes Camden, Laclede, Miller, Moniteau, and Morgan counties. The governor will appoint this judge, who will serve until January 1, 2029. An election for this position will be held in 2028. This new judge will not be included in the formula for authorizing additional associate circuit judges per county.
