Missouri HB3057 removes references to House and Senate bills in the Revised Statutes of Missouri. The bill specifies that sections 37.005, 50.333, 100.445, 104.610, 348.280, 476.015, and 631.020, RSMo, and section 288.330 as enacted by house bill no. 1075, ninety-fifth general assembly, first regular session, are repealed and six new sections are enacted in their place. The bill also includes provisions for the commissioner of administration, salary commissions, and the transfer of powers and duties to the office of administration.
