Expands the types of photo identification accepted for voting in Missouri to include nonexpired student identification cards issued by Missouri high schools or accredited institutions of higher education within the state. Requires the secretary of state to pay any fees charged by another state or its agencies, or any court of competent jurisdiction in this state or any other state, or the federal government or its agencies, in order to obtain any of the listed documents from such state or the federal government.
