Missouri HB3002, known as the Second Amendment Preservation Act, prohibits the state and its political subdivisions from assisting in the enforcement of federal acts, laws, executive orders, administrative orders, rules, and regulations that restrict the manufacture, possession, exchange, and use of firearms. It also prohibits the registration or tracking of firearms, forbidding possession, ownership, use, or transfer of firearms by law-abiding citizens, and ordering the confiscation of firearms from law-abiding citizens.
