Allows the state to appropriate money to the Missouri-St. Louis Metropolitan Airport Authority.
This bill repeals and replaces Section 305.510 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, establishing the Missouri-St. Louis Metropolitan Airport Authority as a body corporate and political subdivision of the state. The authority is tasked with providing safe and convenient air travel and transportation to and from the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. The bill removes the restriction that prohibited the general assembly from appropriating or expending state moneys for the authority after June 30, 1983.
