Modifies provisions for military leave of absence for Missouri public employees.

This bill modifies provisions for military leave of absence for Missouri public employees. It allows officers and employees of the state, departments, agencies, counties, municipalities, school districts, and other political subdivisions to take leave without loss of position, seniority, accumulated leave, or other rights or benefits. The leave is for periods of military service under competent orders for up to thirty-eight working days.
