Missouri HB2939 amends Chapter 226 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri by adding a new section. This section requires that all planned expenditures for projects in the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) specify the county where each project will be performed. It also mandates itemized expenditures and expenses for each project. After project completion, the Department of Transportation must submit an itemized expenditure report to each affected county.
