Missouri HB2910 mandates diaper changing stations in public restrooms of public buildings and private businesses.

Missouri HB2910 introduces requirements for diaper changing stations in public restrooms. Starting January 1, 2028, all public restrooms in public buildings must be equipped with a diaper changing station. For private businesses, this requirement applies to new establishments from August 28, 2026, onward. The bill defines a diaper changing station as a table or device suitable for changing the diaper of a child under four years old.
