Missouri HB2906 creates provisions for master agreements between the office of administration and firms for architecture, engineering, or land surveying services. These agreements can last up to two years and cannot exceed one million dollars per year. The director of the office of administration can authorize agencies to contract for design or construction work. Each agency must follow established procedures to procure contracts. The division of facilities management, design, and construction can establish master agreements for services not exceeding one hundred thousand dollars per project.
