Requires school districts and charter schools to notify parents if they use tutoring services or programs with at least a fifty-percent ownership interest held outside the United States. The notice must include the name of the tutoring program or service, the owner holding the majority ownership interest, and whether the owner is based in a country designated by the U.S. Department of State as a Country of Particular Concern. The notice must be posted on the school's website and within any application or software used in conjunction with the tutoring program or service.
