Missouri HB2850 introduces the Kratom Consumer Protection Act, adding new regulations to the sale of kratom products. It defines terms such as "dealer" and "kratom," and prohibits the sale of adulterated, contaminated, or high-alkaloid kratom. It also mandates that kratom labels include the amounts of mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine. Dealers found in violation face penalties, and sales to individuals under 18 are prohibited.
