Modifies regulations on the sale of raw milk, raw milk products, and cream.

Revises definitions and provisions related to the sale of raw milk, raw milk products, and cream. Repeals and replaces sections 196.931 and 196.935 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri. Specifies that raw milk or cream and raw milk products produced in Missouri can be sold to grocery stores, farmers markets, or similar establishments if clearly labeled with a warning about potential harmful bacteria. Requires dairy farms producing raw milk or cream to be tested annually for tuberculosis and brucellosis and must be free of these diseases.
