Missouri HB2805 modifies provisions for offenders in the custody of the department of corrections. It allows offenders to designate a personal representative and mandates the development of a form for this designation. The bill also establishes a hospice care training program for inmates, in cooperation with the department of health and senior services and the division of professional registration. Upon successful completion, inmates receive a program completion certificate.
