Adds an associate circuit judge to the twenty-third judicial circuit in Missouri.

Missouri HB2752 adds an associate circuit judge to the twenty-third judicial circuit. Beginning January 1, 2007, the family court commissioner and treatment court commissioner positions will transition to associate circuit judge positions. The family court commissioner will become division eleven, and the treatment court commissioner will become division twelve. These positions will be elected in 2006 for a four-year term. The division eleven associate circuit judge will be numbered as division five, and the division twelve associate circuit judge will be numbered as division six.
