Modifies workers' compensation insurance provisions for volunteer firefighters in Missouri.

The bill modifies provisions relating to supplemental workers' compensation insurance for volunteer firefighters in Missouri. It allows employers or groups of employers to contract for additional supplemental insurance coverage for volunteer firefighters injured in the line of duty. Volunteer fire departments, counties, regions, municipalities, or groups of employers with self-insurance authority can contribute to premium payments. County and municipal governing bodies can use undesignated tax proceeds for this supplemental insurance.
