Establishes the "MO GIVES Program" to allow Missouri National Guard members to receive living donor medical orders.

The bill establishes the "Missouri Guaranteed Inclusive Voluntary Exceptional Service (MO GIVES) Program" to allow members of the Missouri National Guard to receive living donor medical orders. The program provides paid leave for members who choose to become living organ donors, exempts them from using accrued annual or medical leave, and provides a per diem allowance and basic allowance for housing during the donation period. Benefits are provided through the "MO GIVES Fund," which consists of appropriations and gifts, contributions, grants, or bequests.
