Modifies motor vehicle inspection requirements
Modifies motor vehicle inspection requirements by changing the biennial inspection schedule, exempting certain vehicles from inspection, and allowing vehicles to be operated to and from inspection stations without current registration. It also allows for voluntary donations to the Missouri Medal of Honor Recipients Fund, the Blindness Education, Screening and Treatment Program Fund, and the Organ Donor Program Fund during vehicle registration. It repeals and replaces sections 301.020 and 307.350 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri.
