Missouri HB2656, known as the "Clean Skies Act," prohibits geoengineering, cloud seeding, and other atmospheric interventions within the state. The Department of Natural Resources is authorized to investigate violations and may enlist local law enforcement or the Missouri State Highway Patrol for assistance. Entities found in violation face felony charges, fines of at least $100,000, imprisonment for up to two years, or both, with additional offenses for each day of continued activity.
