Modifies the elder abuse and neglect hotline to require continuous operation.

The bill modifies provisions relating to the elder abuse and neglect hotline in Missouri. It mandates that reports regarding persons determined not to be eligible adults be referred to the appropriate state or local authorities. The Department shall maintain a statewide toll-free phone number for receiving reports and operate the hotline continuously, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
