Missouri HB2619 creates a special license plate for veterans who served in military operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. The plates will be designed to be clearly visible at night and aesthetically attractive. There is no limit on the number of plates a qualified veteran can obtain, provided each set is for a vehicle they own. The plates are non-transferable, except to a registered co-owner of the vehicle.
