Missouri HB2571 prohibits the sale, lease, loan, or trade of semi-automatic and fully automatic firearms to individuals under twenty years of age.

Missouri HB2571 makes it illegal to sell, lease, loan, or trade semi-automatic and fully automatic firearms to individuals under twenty years of age in commercial transactions. This prohibition does not apply to peace officers or members of the Armed Forces of the United States or National Guard while performing their official duties. The bill also makes it a crime for individuals under twenty to knowingly buy, trade, or lease such firearms in commercial transactions.
