Missouri HB2563 modifies the duties of the secretary of state regarding administrative rules.

Missouri HB2563 repeals and replaces sections 536.032 and 536.033 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri. The bill grants the secretary of state authority to make nonsubstantive changes to the code of state regulations upon request from a state agency and after publication in the Missouri Register. These changes include updates to agency addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, website addresses, and intersectional references.
