HB2543

Missouri HB2543 prohibits state and local licensing requirements for industrial mechanical maintenance work.

Missouri HB2543 amends Chapter 324 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri by adding a new section. This new section prohibits state and local licensing requirements for contractors performing industrial mechanical maintenance work. The bill defines key terms such as "contractor," "establishment," "industrial facility," "industrial mechanical maintenance work," and "local license." The legislation aims to streamline the process for contractors by removing the need for local licenses to perform industrial mechanical maintenance work in Missouri.
