HB2529

Missouri HB2529 modifies the definition of explicit sexual material to include artificially generated visual depictions of minors.

Missouri HB2529 amends the definition of explicit sexual material to include artificially generated visual depictions of minors. The bill updates the legal framework to address new forms of explicit content created through technology. It specifies that explicit sexual material now includes depictions that are indistinguishable from real minors, morphed from a minor's image, or generated without any actual minor involvement. The bill also redefines "artificially generated visual depiction" to clarify its inclusion in the definition of explicit sexual material.
