Missouri HB2522 allows certain individuals with federal employment authorizations to obtain professional and occupational licenses.

Missouri HB2522 establishes that individuals with federal employment authorizations can obtain professional and occupational licenses. To qualify, they must submit an unexpired employment authorization document and documentation from the Department of Homeland Security or other federal agencies. The license is valid only during the period the employment authorization is valid. This law does not change other requirements for obtaining a professional or occupational license.
