Missouri HB2520 prohibits ICE agents from concealing their identity while performing operations in Missouri.

Missouri HB2520 amends state law to prohibit Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents from concealing their identity or wearing masks that conceal their identity during operations in Missouri. Exceptions include agents performing undercover operations, those protecting their identity post-operation, and agents in Special Response Teams. A willful violation is a class A misdemeanor.
