Missouri HB2462 prohibits certain sexual offenders from using or loitering around pools at apartment or condominium complexes.

Missouri HB2462 amends Chapter 566, RSMo, by adding a new section prohibiting individuals convicted of specific sexual offenses from using or loitering within 500 feet of pools at apartment or condominium complexes. These offenses include violations of Missouri's sexual exploitation of a minor, promoting child pornography, possession of child pornography, and furnishing pornographic material to minors statutes. Additionally, the bill prohibits these individuals from establishing a residence in any apartment or condominium complex containing a pool.
