Missouri HB2382 eliminates sales taxes on metered water services, electricity, electrical current, and home heating oil for domestic use. This bill repeals and replaces section 144.032, removing these services from the sales tax imposed by cities, counties, or hospital districts. The change is effective until August 28, 2026, after which any existing ordinances imposing these taxes will be null and void.
