Missouri HB2350 modifies existing laws to include artificially generated visual depictions of minors in the definition of explicit sexual material.

Missouri HB2350 amends the definitions of "material" and "explicit sexual material" to include artificially generated visual depictions of minors. These depictions must be indistinguishable from real minors or morphed from a real minor's image. The bill also redefines "explicit sexual material" to include such depictions. The offense of providing explicit sexual material to a student remains a class A misdemeanor.
