Introduced Text

Missouri HB2346 requires limited liability companies owning real property in St. Louis County to designate a contact person with the county clerk.

Missouri HB2346 mandates that limited liability companies owning and renting or leasing real property, or owning unoccupied real property, in St. Louis County must file an affidavit with the county clerk. The affidavit must list the name and street address of at least one natural person with management control and responsibility for the property. Failure to file such an affidavit can result in a petition to the circuit court by an adversely affected person, the county, or the home rule city to direct the execution of the affidavit.
