Expands the definition of special victim to include sports officials at a sporting event.

This bill expands the definition of "special victim" to include sports officials at a sporting event. The definition of special victim now includes individuals assaulted in the performance of their official duties, such as law enforcement officers, emergency personnel, and sports officials. The bill also includes other categories of individuals such as elderly persons, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable persons.
