Establishes the Real Estate Fund for acquiring and managing state-owned real property.

Missouri HB2289 creates the Real Estate Fund, which will consist of moneys collected from the sale of real property owned by the state. The fund will be used solely for acquiring interests in real property to support state operations. The state treasurer will be the custodian of the fund and will approve disbursements at the request of the commissioner of administration. The commissioner of administration will prepare an annual report of all receipts and expenditures from the fund.
