Establishes a review process for the statewide transportation improvement program by the administrative hearing commission.

Missouri HB2223 creates an administrative process for review by the administrative hearing commission of items in the statewide transportation improvement program (STIP). Any member of the general assembly, county commissioner, or mayor of a city, town, or village dissatisfied with an action or decision in the STIP may petition for review. The petition must be filed within thirty days of the publication date of the annual STIP. The procedures for these hearings and determinations follow those established by chapter 226, RSMo.
