Missouri HB2203 establishes requirements for physical copies of a municipal code a municipal clerk keeps on file. If a municipality's general ordinances are not available online for inspection without cost by the public, at least three copies of the published book must be kept on file and available for inspection by the public at all reasonable business hours.
