Missouri HB2106 prohibits the application of Shari'a law or any foreign law, legal code, or system that denies fundamental liberties guaranteed by the U.S. or Missouri Constitutions. This includes voiding state court rulings, arbitration decisions, administrative agency actions, and contracts that choose such laws. Exceptions are made for ecclesiastical matters, voluntary foreign law applications by corporations, and federal law preemption. The act does not affect existing Missouri Supreme Court precedents.
