Missouri HB2074 establishes the "Missouri Disabled Veterans' Dependents Tuition Waiver" to provide tuition waivers for children, stepchildren, and spouses of certain veterans. Eligible veterans must have permanent and total disability, be rated as permanently and totally disabled, or be missing in action or prisoners of war. Dependents must be under 31 years old, and the waiver covers one degree from a community college and one baccalaureate degree from a state college or university. The waiver cannot be combined with other state-funded tuition grants.
