Missouri HB2064 removes provisions that prevent counties, cities, towns, villages, or other political subdivisions from creating orders, ordinances, or regulations about firearms. The bill also clarifies that the lawful design, marketing, manufacture, distribution, or sale of firearms or ammunition is not considered an abnormally dangerous activity or a public or private nuisance.
