Missouri HB2036 modifies motor vehicle inspection requirements, exempting certain vehicles from biennial inspections.

Missouri HB2036 modifies motor vehicle inspection requirements by exempting certain vehicles from biennial inspections. Vehicles model year 2013 or newer with less than 150,000 miles on the odometer are exempt from biennial inspections. Vehicles primarily for business use, recreational motor vehicles, motorcycles, motortricycles, autocycles, buses, and commercial vehicles over 12,000 pounds are also exempt.
