Establishes the Missouri Gaming Bureau within the Department of Public Safety to assist with criminal and regulatory investigations.

The bill establishes the Missouri Gaming Bureau within the Department of Public Safety. The bureau will assist the Missouri Gaming Commission and the Missouri Lottery Commission in criminal and regulatory investigations involving individuals, companies, and suppliers in the gaming and lottery industry. The bureau will have the power to investigate violations occurring on gaming floors and premises of casinos, violations by lottery commission licensees, and violations of related statutes. Members of the bureau will be paid from funds designated as administrative within the state lottery fund.
