Establishes offenses for harassment of school or recreation athletic officials and unauthorized entry at athletic contests.

The bill creates two new offenses: harassment of a school or recreation athletic official and unauthorized entry at a school or recreation athletic contest. Harassment is defined as verbal or nonverbal behavior that would cause a reasonable person to fear bodily harm. Penalties for harassment include a fine of up to $500, imprisonment for up to 90 days, community service, and counseling. Unauthorized entry involves going onto property used for a school or recreation athletic contest without permission.
