HB1885

Missouri HB1885 modifies the standards for the Clean Water Commission, including member qualifications and terms.

Missouri HB1885 revises the composition and procedures of the Clean Water Commission. The bill mandates that members must have knowledge of conservation and water contaminants, with at least two members knowledgeable in agriculture, industry, or mining.
