Missouri HB1830 modifies provisions governing city-county library boards of trustees in St. Charles County. It specifies that the population of cities will be determined based on the last previous decennial census. The mayors of the four most populous cities in the county will appoint four members to the library board for terms ranging from one to three years. The merged district will have all the rights, powers, responsibilities, and privileges granted to county library districts by Missouri law.
