Missouri HB1829 mandates that municipal clerks maintain physical copies of a municipal code for public inspection.

Missouri HB1829 requires municipal clerks to keep physical copies of a municipal code on file and available for public inspection during business hours. If a municipality's general ordinances are not available online for free inspection, at least three copies of the published book must be kept on file. If the ordinances are available online, at least one copy must be kept on file.
