Missouri HB1814 modifies sexual offense laws, including new offenses and registration requirements.

Missouri HB1814 introduces new offenses and modifies existing laws related to sexual offenses. It creates the offense of grooming of a minor, which applies to individuals over 18 who engage in a pattern of conduct directed at a minor for sexual purposes.
