Missouri HB1763 modifies provisions for nondomiciled commercial drivers' licenses and learners' permits. It allows the issuance of such licenses to temporary agricultural workers under the federal H-2A program, temporary non-agricultural workers under the federal H-2B program, and treaty investors under the federal E-2 program. These applicants must provide proof of their employment status through the Department of Labor, their employer, or other specified proof of work established through the federal visa process.
