Missouri HB1752 allows fire protection districts to distribute or sell surplus property.

Missouri HB1752 amends Chapter 321 to authorize fire protection districts to distribute or sell surplus property. The board of directors may distribute surplus supplies or property to volunteer fire protection associations, fire protection districts, fire departments, and eligible donees in the same manner as federal surplus property. The board may also sell surplus property to the general public by auction or sealed bid.
