HB1748

Missouri HB1748 adds gifted education pupil count to school funding formula.

Missouri HB1748 amends the state's school funding formula to include the gifted education pupil count for purposes of funding schools. The bill specifies that the number of pupils who qualify as gifted and are enrolled in a state-approved gifted education program will be factored into the funding calculations.
