Missouri HB1691 allows farm vehicles and vehicles weighing 26,001 pounds or more to be permanently registered.

Missouri HB1691 amends Chapter 301 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri by adding a new section allowing farm vehicles and vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating of 26,001 pounds or greater to be permanently registered. This registration is optional for the registrant and includes specific fees for registration, emblem use, and contributions to the department of revenue. The department of revenue can issue distinctive registration tabs for vehicles with annual fees paid seven times the required amount.
